Welcome to CTCX Digital (“CTCX Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.ctxcdigital.com) and all services provided by CTCX Digital, a brand owned and operated by Campania Trading Corp (CTCX), a U.S. corporation specializing in Go-To-Market (GTM) consulting, digital acceleration, and strategic growth initiatives. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Ownership & Corporate Structure

CTCX Digital is part of Campania Trading Corp (CTCX). CTCX owns and operates a portfolio of specialized brands focused on product development, commercialization, and digital marketing strategy. All content, trademarks, and materials found on www.ctxcdigital.com are owned by Campania Trading Corp and protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

All CTCX Digital employees and contractors are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect client confidentiality and intellectual property. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information without prior written consent, except as required by law.

3. Service Agreements & Payments

3.1 One-Time Services (Non-Cancelable & Non-Refundable)
Certain services, including branding kits, website development, SEO audits, and strategic consultations, are one-time purchases and cannot be canceled or refunded once work has begun.

3.2 Ongoing Subscription Services (Cancelable at Any Time)
Clients subscribed to ongoing digital marketing services (SEO, social media management, paid advertising, content marketing, etc.) may cancel at any time, with no advance notice required. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

3.3 Payments & Billing
All services are purchased online through www.ctxcdigital.com. Customers can select their preferred start date when purchasing a subscription. Payments are automatically processed based on that date. If a payment fails, the client has 10 days to update their method of payment. If not resolved, services will be paused until payment is approved. Once payment is successfully processed, services will resume automatically.

4. Hosting Services, SEM, and Paid Advertising Budgets

Website hosting, paid search (SEM), and advertising budgets are the responsibility of the client. CTCX Digital provides strategic recommendations, campaign management, and execution; however, clients must fund all third-party ad budgets and hosting services. Budget details and ad spend expectations will be agreed upon during onboarding. Any changes must be communicated in writing.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

5.1 Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of our work, refunds will not be provided for:

One-time digital marketing services

Website development & branding kits

Any custom work already completed

5.2 Cancellations for Ongoing Services
Clients subscribed to monthly services may cancel at any time. No refunds will be issued for unused days within the current billing cycle. To pause or modify services, please contact us at info@ctxcdigital.com.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide timely access to accounts, assets, and approvals.

Respond promptly to requests for information.

Follow brand and marketing guidelines established by CTCX Digital.

We are not responsible for delays or suboptimal results caused by client non-responsiveness or missing materials.

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership Rights

7.1 Work for Hire
All original branding, content, and website design created by CTCX Digital belong to the client upon final payment.

7.2 Licensed Tools & Software
Some services rely on third-party tools, software, and licenses (e.g., SEO software, hosting, paid ads). Clients must maintain active subscriptions for continued use. CTCX Digital is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third parties.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Guaranteed Results
We use best practices and data-driven strategies, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, conversions, or revenue outcomes due to the dynamic nature of digital marketing.

8.2 Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify CTCX Digital & Campania Trading Corp (CTCX) from claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from use of our services.

8.3 Limitation of Liability
CTCX Digital and CTCX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use, beyond the total amount paid by the client in the past six (6) months.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in the state where Campania Trading Corp (CTCX) is registered.

10. Changes to Terms & Contact Information

CTCX Digital reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on www.ctxcdigital.com, and continued use of services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
