Deliverables: -Overview of the Custom Digital Stack: review of tools, platforms, and workflows implemented by CTCX Digital. -Personalized Employee Training Sessions (live or recorded): tailored to your team’s roles and digital priorities. -Tool-Specific Training: hands-on walkthroughs for systems like social scheduling platforms, SEO dashboards, or email automation tools. -Custom Documentation & Quick-Reference Guides: easy-to-follow manuals for continued learning. -30-Day Slack or Email Support Window: follow-up Q&A and reinforcement to keep your team moving forward. Notes: Limited to tools/platforms implemented by CTCX Digital. Requires team availability for live sessions or follow-up. Additional training sessions beyond scope are billed separately. Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines our terms and conditions, refund practices, deliverable acceptance, and project engagement rules. By purchasing a plan, package, or custom engagement, you agree to the following terms: Engagement and Project Start Monthly Plans: Work begins immediately following the scoping meeting and is delivered on a rolling basis throughout the month. Clients may select their preferred start date. One-Time Packages: These engagements are billed as a one-time fee. Delivery timelines are agreed upon in advance during project scoping. Custom Engagements: Timelines, deliverables, and milestones are defined and mutually agreed upon before work begins. Right to Refuse CTCX Digital reserves the right to decline or discontinue work if a project falls outside of our scope, conflicts with our values, or cannot be delivered to our quality standards. Nature of the Work Creative Deliverables: Our work involves creative strategy and execution. Because creative work is often subjective, we scope each project carefully and ask the right questions to align with your expectations. Revision Policy Each creative deliverable includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond this may require a separate agreement and additional costs. KPI Accountability While we design campaigns and deliverables to meet agreed-upon objectives, marketing outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control (e.g., client implementation, market conditions, competitor actions). Therefore, CTCX Digital cannot guarantee specific results and should not be held responsible if KPIs or desired effects are not achieved 100%. Deliverables & Acceptance Deliverables will be submitted according to the agreed-upon scope and timeline. Once deliverables are provided, the client has 5 business days to request revisions (if included in the scope). If no revision request is made, the deliverables are deemed accepted and final. Refunds & Cancellations - Monthly Plans: Billed monthly in advance. Clients may cancel at any time; services already rendered or currently in progress are non-refundable. Cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle. -One-Time Packages & Custom Engagements: Non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is canceled before kickoff or delivery of initial materials, a full refund may be issued. Digital Products (e.g., templates, toolkits, reports): All sales are final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided.
