Refund & Cancellation Policy

At CTCX Digital, transparency is important to us. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to balance flexibility for clients with the reality of the work and resources that go into each project. Please review the following terms carefully before purchasing any of our services.
1. One-Time Service Packages (Non-Refundable)
One-time services include but are not limited to:
-Branding kits
-Website development or design packages
-SEO audits or strategic consultations
-Custom project deliverables
Policy:
Once work has begun, these services are non-cancelable and non-refundable. f a project is canceled by the client before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
If discovery or kickoff has already started, no refunds will be issued.
2. Recurring Subscription Packages (Ongoing Monthly Services)
-Recurring services include but are not limited to:
-SEO & SEM management
-Paid advertising campaign management
-Content marketing & blog packages
-Social media management
-Ongoing performance optimization services
Policy:
-Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
-Clients may cancel at any time with no advance notice.
-Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
-No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months.
-Services will remain active until the current billing period ends.
3. Payment Failures & Service Suspension
If payment fails, clients have 10 days to update their payment method.
If payment is not received within that time, services will be paused.
Once payment is updated and processed, services will resume automatically.
4. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following rare cases:
-Duplicate payments due to billing error.
-Services charged but not initiated by CTCX Digital.
-Special cases approved in writing by CTCX Digital management.
5. Hosting, SEM, and Advertising Budgets
-Clients are solely responsible for all third-party budgets (e.g., ad spend on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or hosting providers).
-These amounts are non-refundable, even if campaign performance does not meet expectations.
6. How to Cancel or Request a Refund
